Reason:
     Paramount Studio has decided to get into the comic book industrial.
Originally, they were going to do it themselves but they realized the
effort would be too much. So Paramount Studio is working with Marvel
Comics to produce a line of comic books based on Paramount Studio's
property (Mission Impossible, Star Trek, etc). To celebrate Marvel's
35th anniversary and Star Trek's 30th anniversary, the 'Marvel Presents
Paramount Comics' line will offer X-Men/Star Trek 64-paged crossover
comic book this summer (Jul/Aug).

     So I think if there can be a X-Men/Star Trek crossover why not a
X-Men/Babylon 5 crossover. This is the result.
