Premise: The second Rise of Voldemort exposes the Wizarding World to the Muggles, forcing both sides into a civil war that neither side can win, but neither side can afford to lose.
All that stands between the Magical World and obliteration at the hands of the Muggles is the true Lord of Darkness, Harry Potter.
But Dumbledore has crippled Harry to make him into his puppet against Voldemort, preventing Harry from reaching his true destiny, to return the Magical World to true magic.
On the eve of genocide, the true Dark Lord's followers send one of their own to the Past to stop the false Lord and save the Magical World.
The one sent, Bellatrix Black, right-wand Witch of the true Dark Lord and lover.



Plot Points:

  1. Bellatrix Black is sent to Summer of 1992 (Beginning of HPotCoS)
  2. Bellatrix is de-aged to appear to be the same age as Harry, 12.
  3. Bellatrix captured Azkaban Fortress from the Ministry. Azkaban pre-dates Avalon.
  4. Bella knows Harry better than anyone, and all the wrongs done to him
  5. Most innovations came from Wizards and Squibs.
  6. The Ministry is hiding the true Magical World, so they can control their little pond.
  7. The true Magical World is on par with any high-level fantasy / super-science world
